Samantha is a performance-driven Organizational Psychologist with a master’s degree and pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Pyschology at the California School of Professional Psychology. She is recognized for building SaaS organizations and startups with a collaborative human-centric approach supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

 

By applying a growth mindset, she partners with organizational leaders to improve, refine, and develop organizational development programs through cross-functional cohesion, change management, organizational design, and people analytics.
